Eternia es el universo principal donde transcurren las historias clásicas de He-Man y los Amos del Universo (MOTU). Masters of the Universe es una franquicia estadounidense que nació como una línea de juguetes de acción y que rápidamente se expandió a la televisión. Las series animadas se volvieron tan populares que, al terminar la original, se realizaron múltiples secuelas, spin-offs y, eventualmente, reinicios completos. Hoy vamos a tratar de dar un orden para todo aquel que quiera ver los episodios y conocer la historia, entendiendo cómo se fue adaptando la eterna batalla por el Castillo Grayskull a lo largo de las décadas.
Vamos a realizar varios listados. Por un lado, la continuidad clásica original (que incluye sus spin-offs y secuelas directas), y por otro lado, los distintos reinicios modernos (como la serie del 2002 o las versiones de Netflix), los cuales podemos considerar como cánones y universos totalmente aparte.
Existen otros universos, líneas temporales y escenarios centrales de MOTU como Etheria (donde transcurre She-Ra, que si bien está conectado en la versión clásica, funciona como un universo totalmente aislado en su reinicio animado), el planeta Primus (donde ambientan el salto temporal de Las Nuevas Aventuras de He-Man), o la continuidad de la película live-action de 1987 (que tiene un canon propio ambientado en parte en la Tierra).
